Yes. NCQ Technology offers a free inspection so we can identify the problem and discuss the available repair options with you.

Do you repair tablets, laptops and computers?
Yes. We provide repair services for iPads, tablets, laptops and desktop computers, including hardware, software, charging, battery and performance problems.
Can you repair a water-damaged phone?
We can inspect and professionally clean water-damaged devices. The success of the repair depends on the amount of liquid exposure, internal corrosion and how quickly the device is brought in.Turn the device off and do not charge it after water exposure.
What should I do if my phone is not charging?
Try another compatible cable and adapter first. If the problem continues, the charging port, battery or internal charging components may need inspection.Do not insert metal tools or liquids into the charging port.
Can you remove viruses and pop-up advertisements?
Yes. We can inspect phones, laptops and computers for suspicious applications, malware, unwanted advertisements and software problems.
Do you replace phone batteries?
Yes. We replace batteries for many phone and tablet models. Common signs of a worn battery include fast battery drain, unexpected shutdowns, overheating or battery swelling.

You can visit NCQ Technology during opening hours. Calling ahead is recommended when you want us to confirm parts availability for a particular device model.
