Please review these policies carefully as they are the terms of sale that govern your purchases at the Ncq.co.nz. They set out your rights and obligations with respect to your purchases, including important limitations and exclusions, Your placement of an order at the Ncq.co.nz Store constitutes your agreement that these policies apply to the order, so be certain you understand them before you place your order. To learn about Ncq.co.nz return and refund policy. Please note there may be limitations on your right to return and obtain a refund for products.

About these Terms and Conditions

In these terms and conditions "we" and "us" mean Ncq technology 7B/30 Walters Rd,Takanini,2112, and "you" means you the customer. Words spelt with initial capital letters are defined terms which, for your ease of reference, are set out at the end of the terms and conditions. These terms and conditions together with your Order constitute the entire Contract between us and you for the supply of Products. No other terms and conditions will apply. The Contract cannot be varied unless we agree to vary it in writing or by email.

New Zealand Sales Only

We only sell and ship Products within New Zealand. We will not make deliveries outside New Zealand.

Sales to End Users Only

The Ncq.co.nz Online Store sells and ships products to end user customers only. 


Everything we sell is in New Zealand Currency (NZD$) Only,

Hours of Operation

If you would like product and pricing information, our Specialists are available to assist you Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm, on 095579804. For order status information or other assistance with an order you have already placed with the Ncq.co.nz Store, please contact our Customer Service desk on Support on 095579804 between the hours of 9.00am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday.

Placing Your Order

You may place an Order by either:
1- Filling in the Order Form on the Ncq.co.nz Store Web Site and Clicking the "Place Order" button (this facility is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week);
2- Telephoning us on 095579804 between 9.00am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday, excluding New Zealand public holidays.
3- If you wish to pay by bank transfer you may place your Order by telephone or at our web store.
4- When you place your Order, we will issue you with a Web Order Number. We will do this by email, so it’s important that you fill in your correct details.
5- By placing an Order, you make an offer to us to purchase the Products you have selected on these terms and conditions. We may or may not accept your offer at our discretion. If we accept your Order, we will notify you of our acceptance by issuing an Order Confirmation. We will send your Order Confirmation to you by email. The Order Confirmation will be effective on sending.
6- If we cannot accept your Order, we will contact you by telephone or email.
7- Information contained on Ncq.co.nz Store Web Site constitutes an invitation to treat. No such information constitutes an offer by us to supply any Products.

Supply of Your Products

1-Subject to these terms and conditions, we will supply to you the Products indicated on your Order Confirmation.
2- When your Order has been processed, we will process and send out your order.

Goods & Service Tax (GST)

Ncq.co.nz Store purchases will include GST. If you phone in your order, the Ncq.co.nz Specialist will provide the final dollar total of your order including GST and any applicable shipping charges at the time you place your order. The invoice Ncq.co.nz emails or posts to you will include GST.


The Ncq.co.nz Store endeavours to offer you competitive prices on current products. We reserve the right to change prices for products displayed at any time. 

Product Availability

Estimated ship time is the length of time it will take us to validate your credit card, assemble the right products and package your order. Delivery time is the length of time it will take for the package to travel from our warehouse to your shipping address.

We make every effort to ship your product according to the estimated ship times provided. The estimated ship times are in business days (Monday through Friday) excluding New Zealand public holidays.

Estimated ship times will begin the following business day for orders placed and credit cleared after 3.00 p.m.
Although every effort is made to ship your order according to the estimated ship times provided, estimated ship times may change due to changes in supply. If the estimated ship time changes, we will contact you via email and provide a revised estimated ship time estimate.
We encourage you to contact us on 09 5579804 for order status information, given the popularity of some products, We may restrict the number of such items that you may purchase. Any product limit restrictions will be posted on the Ncq.co.nz web site. This information is subject to change.

Delivery of Your Products

The estimated shipment date on your order is based on product availability, payment processing time and warehouse processing time and does not include transit time. Payment processing will not begin until we receive all the information we need and full payment (or a full authorization, in the case of credit card orders). Orders placed on the weekend or on a New Zealand public holiday will not begin payment processing until the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding New Zealand public holidays.
Unless otherwise agreed by us, we will deliver your Products to the ship to address indicated on your Order Confirmation. If no-one is available to take delivery of your Products, our carrier will leave a card requesting you to telephone and arrange a suitable time and date for delivery.
We will use our reasonable endeavours to deliver your Products to you within 2-5 working days of the date of issue of your Order Confirmation, however, we do not guarantee that we will deliver within this time frame. If we are unable to deliver your Products to you within 30 days of the date of issue of your Order Confirmation, you will have the option to cancel your Order.

Defective Items

Subject to Condition (see below), if you discover what you believe is a product defect for any products purchased from the Ncq.co.nz store, please contact Us on 09 5579804. Such a defect, if any, is covered under the terms of your product's warranty.
All Brand-new products carry a full one (1) year manufacturer’s warranty as testimony to the quality and longevity of the range. This warranty excludes general wear & tear and damage caused, by the product not being used in accordance with its instructions or the care instructions.
During this guarantee period Ncq Technology Limited will replace or repair any defective part. In the event of a product being replaced, as a whole unit or part there of during the guarantee period, the guarantee on the replacement will expire one (1) year from the original purchase date.
This guarantee excludes accidental damage, misuse and or improper transporting and handling. The warranty is void if the original product has been altered in design or colour in anyway. Please refer to the warranty information and other supporting documentation that came with your product.

Proof of Purchase

We will send an Order Confirmation via email if you have included an email address with your order. If you have not included an email address, you will receive an Order Confirmation with your parcel.

Other Terms and Conditions

Ncq.co.nz is not responsible for typographic errors. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or incorrect description due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product or service listed at the incorrect price. Ncq Technology Ltd. has the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of sale at the Ncq.co.nz Store at any time.  

Product Warranty

All our Brand new products carry a one-year Limited Warranty against defects . You may review a copy of the Limited Warranty on new products, including its limitations and exclusions, before you purchase.
products that have been marked as "Seconds / Factory Seconds", "Clearance" ,”Demo”,”ex-Lease”, . carry a 3months to 6 months Warranty 
Software problems are not covered by this warranty. Ncq Technology ltd takes no responsibilities for data loss. In the instance of fault being deemed a software or set-up problem, labour will be charged at a minimum of $80+GST.

Original Invoice must be presented for Warranty claims. Any Warranty supplied is NOT an instant replacement Warranty, although we do try our best to minimize the turnaround time. 

All Repair Warranty 

All repaired devices will have a 30 days warranty after service completion and only valid for the repaired fault.
Any Service outside the warranty period will be at customer’s cost.


Exchange policy

Goods purchased on www.ncq.co.nz may be returned for an exchange with a receipt within 7 working days of purchase in their original packaging and condition. Goods must be in unused, in original packaging. We ask that you choose carefully and check before ordering. Please do not break open packaging that is non-reseal-able if you wish for an exchange or credit on your account with Ncq.co.nz

• Please choose sale items carefully as they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• Please note that we cannot refund postage and packaging or any other charges incurred from a third party.
• Please note if you have been issued with a credit, it is only valid for one year from the date of issue.
• We are unable to replace or refund items damaged, so please follow setup instructions carefully.
• Please note that products that have been marked as "Seconds / Factory Seconds", "Clearance" ,”Demo”,”ex-Lease”,are none refundable and cannot be exchanged.
• Please note that we do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully. If goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.


 Returns policy

1-we appreciate any concerns to be made prior to purchasing. Please email sales@ncq.co.nz or call 09 5579804. We are always happy to offer more help.

2-Please choose goods carefully as you are not entitled to a refund if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.

3-If  NcqTechnology accepted to return an item (other than faulty goods), a 25% of the value of the item is deducted as a re-stocking fee.
4-Ncq.co.nz reserve all rights to deem a claim for return worthy of refund or otherwise.


That being said, we do understand there may be returns from time to time.

Our returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We do not offer refunds for change of mind. In the event of a faulty product, please get in touch and we will either repair or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging .


Refund policy

When cancelling an order
You may cancel your order or parts of it before the order is dispatched by Ncq.co.nz. However, once the order is dispatched for delivery you are unable to cancel the order.
Please note that we will recover the credit card & processing fee before applying the refund back to your card.

when return is approved 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Ncq.co.nz also reserves the right to cancel your order if:
• You have provided an un-authorized credit card
• We are unable to process payment on the credit card provided
• You provide invalid personal details
• The product has become unavailable
• You have exceeded the allowed time frame for your layby and have not requested an extension
• You have not made payments toward a direct credit or a layby order.
We will notify you via email once your order is cancelled.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale, clearance  items cannot be refunded.



1- It will cost to ship your item with in New Zealand ,standard delivery charge is $5.5 to Auckland, $7.50 Urban Delivery Nationwide with signature, $10.98 to Waiheke Island , $12.50 Rural Delivery Nationwide with signature  per order to anywhere in New Zealand for orders under $200.

2-Urgent/ Saturday delivery, This option is not available in all delivery areas. Please contact us if you want this service.

3- we are unable to send overseas .

4-All orders are sent with 'Track & Trace'. We'll send you a dispatch email with your tracking number at the time your order is sent. Using your unique tracking number, you will be able to easily see where your parcel is in the delivery process through easy to read graphics. Your order will be scanned at key checkpoints in the delivery network to enable you to have visibility on its whereabouts.

5-Yes, someone will need to be at the delivery address to sign for the parcel. Please ensure you inspect the parcel for damages and then sign for the correct number of parcels. If your parcel is damaged, please sign as “damaged”.

6- If you are not home ,The courier will leave a card with their contact details. You will need to ring the courier company to arrange a convenient date for re-delivery of your parcel. Alternatively you can arrange with the courier company to collect your parcel from the courier’s depot.

7-We accept shipping to business Address Your address field MUST contain the name of the business so the courier can easily identify it.

8-We cannot Shipp to a PO Boxes.

9-You can  collect order from our shop directly if you don’t want it to be delivered ?

10-Our "target" delivery times for the order to be received by the customer are

  • North Island: 1-2 days (same day delivery is possible in the Auckland region)
  • Rural North Island: 1-3 days
  • South Island: 2-3 days
  • Rural South Island 3-5 days

Please remember during peak times, ie. Especially around public holidays we may not be able to meet this target.


Warranty Claims

If you are wanting to return a product for repair please note that:
The cost of shipping the product back to us will be at your cost for warranty repairs and service.
Please note that where proof of purchase is not provided or product is outside the warranty period, we reserves the right to charge a service fee and/or charge for parts replaced/repaired. A return freight charge may apply.

Our Liability

These terms and conditions set out the full extent of our obligations and liabilities in respect of the supply of the Products and performance of the Services and there are no warranties, conditions or other terms that are binding on us except as expressly stated in the Contract. Subject to Condition below, any warranty, condition or other term concerning the Products or Services which might otherwise be implied into or incorporated in the Contract by statute, common law or otherwise (including without limitation any implied term as to quality or fitness for purpose) is hereby expressly excluded.

Nothing in the Contract excludes, restricts or modifies any condition, warranty, right or liability implied into this Contract (including any condition, warranty, right or liability imposed by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993) where to do so is illegal or would render any provision of this Contract void.

Nothing in the Contract shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Subject to Conditions above, we will not be liable under the Contract for any loss of income, loss of profits, loss of contracts, loss of data or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise.

Our maximum aggregate liability under the Contract whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise shall in no circumstances exceed the amount payable by you to us in respect of the Product(s) in question.

If you are a consumer (as defined in the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993):
(a) and you are acquiring or holding yourself out as acquiring the Products or Services for a business purpose, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 will not apply; and
(b) we do not guarantee that repair facilities and spare parts for the Products will be available.

Data Protection

By placing your Order, you agree that we may store, process and use data collected from your Order Form for the purposes of processing your Order. If you so indicate on the appropriate section of your Order Form, by placing your Order you also agree that we may use such data, With Ncq Technology ltd in order to provide you with information from time to time on other Ncq.co.nz products and services that may be of interest to you. If you do not agree use of such data in order to provide you with information on other Ncq.co.nz products and services, you should indicate your non-agreement on the appropriate section of your Order Form. You may obtain a copy of the data held by us concerning you on request in writing. We reserve the right to charge an administration fee for processing such request. If any data held by us concerning you is incorrect, we will correct it on your written request. We reserve the right to charge a fee for certain requests.
Your personal information will be collected and used by us in accordance with Ncq.co.nz Privacy Policy.


The Contract will be governed by the law of New Zealand. Both we and you irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of the Contract shall not adversely affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions. Neither our failure nor your failure to enforce any term of the Contract constitutes a waiver of such term. Such failure shall in no way affect the right later to enforce such term.
We will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered or incurred by you arising from our delay in fulfilling or failure to fulfil or otherwise discharge any of our obligations under the Contract, to the extent that such delay or failure is caused by any circumstance beyond our reasonable control.

Defined Terms

In these terms and conditions:
"Accessory" means any ancillary Product;
“Hardware" means Hardware that is manufactured by or on behalf of Ncq Technology ltd  
" Ncq.co.nz Web Site" means our web site for customers in New Zealand located at https://www.ncq.co.nz;
“Ncq technology Warranty" means Ncq technology Ltd standard hardware warranty, the full terms of which are set out below;
"Condition" means a condition contained in these terms and conditions;
"Contract" means these terms and conditions together with your Order;
"Hardware" means any Product;.
"Invoice" means the invoice issued by us to you showing the price of the Products and which your proof of purchase is;
"Order" means an order placed by you in accordance with these terms and conditions;
"Order Confirmation" means the order confirmation issued by us to you indicating acceptance of your Order;
"Order Form" means the electronic order form on the Ncq.co.nz Web Site;
"Product" means any product listed on the Ncq.co.nz Store Web Site which we agree to supply to you on these terms and conditions;
"Return Materials Authorization Form" means the form issued by us to you for the return of Products;
"Services" means any services relating to Products (including without limitation warranty and telephone support services) that we agree to supply to you on these terms and conditions;
"Web Order Number" means the order number issued by us to you;
"Working Day" means any day other than a Saturday, a Sunday or a public holiday in New Zealand.
